Obviously with prices this good there are bound to be questions. We take those questions right off the table.

How can you sell these products cheaper than everyone else?
With over 40 years in the automotive industry we have developed a system that minimizes cost and maximizes quality.  By keeping overhead low and relying on our satisfied customers to spread the word, we have been able to pass all cost savings to our customers.


Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes.  Products come with a flat rate shipping cost of between $150 - $175.


Is shipping cost refundable?
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Where is my product coming from?
With over 400 locations nationwide, it is very difficult to tell you exactly where your product is coming from. Once your order comes in, we locate the part closest to you. Due to our advanced logistic capabilities, we have confidence we can get you the part you ordered quickly no matter where it comes from. In short, we're not limited to location, and neither should you be.


When can I expect delivery of my product?
You can expect most products to be delivered to their destination within FIVE to TEN (5 to 10) BUSINESS DAYS after product has been shipped.
Orders are processed within 24 business hours after full payment has been received and items will leave our facilities within 2 business days after processing.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER, AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, and PLEASE CONTACT OUR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT AT shipping@dollarengines.com.

What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

If you have waited 10 business days for normal delivery  and have not received your order, please contact our shipping department at shipping@dollarengines.com

What is the warranty on the products that I purchase?

Currently all our items sold carry a 6 month auto part replacement warranty only. You may be able to purchase additional warranties that can extend your warranty up to a lifetime warranty.  . If we cannot replace your auto part, we will refund your cost of the item.

Why was my order delayed?
Your order was likely delayed because we are missing important information needed to process your order.
Phone number must be provided.
We must have business name, physical address, and daytime telephone number or we cannot ship.
We will not ship to a PO Box or an APO.
There may be a possible problem with your payment and information supplied for the payment.
IF ANY OF THE ABOVE OCCURS, YOU ARE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL WITHIN 48 HOURS. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER FOR COMMUNICATION AS WELL.

How will my unit be shipped?
We use LTL Freight Carriers. Parts will be shipped using commercial freight. In most cases these items will be placed and banded on 4x4 or 6x6 pallets and covered or wrapped. We must ship these parts to a commercial address with docking and forklift capabilities. If you do not have this available, we can ship the items to the closest freight terminal to your zip code. We do not ship to residential areas. (We may ship to a residential location for an additional fee.)  You must supply your phone number, name of business and address of business. If you do not supply this your order will be delayed.


Can I return or cancel my order?
No.  All orders are final.  Due to us working with over 400 suppliers nationwide once your order is place it is immediately entered into our system and the process is started to get your unit pulled and shipped to you.  Please be very careful that you are ordering the correct unit when you order.


What if I received a damaged product?
If you receive a part that is damaged, you must sign for the shipment as "received damaged". The shipping company will then be responsible for the damaged part. After signing for and receiving the part; contact our customer-service team at damaged@dollarengines.com and a member will assist you with the damage claim and part replacement process. Please have your invoice number available when you email us.  YOU MUST CHECK YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE THE SHIPPER LEAVES AND MARK THE SHIPMENT RECEIVED DAMED OR YOU WILL NOT BE COVERED FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
